Your financial security is guaranteed. Absolute Escapes Limited is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) which provides the most complete consumer protection system the market has to offer.

As a member of the TTA your holiday and your money are protected in the unlikely event of us going out of business before you depart on holiday. Our unique Safe Seat Insurance Plan is included as standard in all of our packages and ensures that we comply with all European and United Kingdom travel regulations.

The TTA is a travel trade association which includes over 470 Travel Agents and Tour Operators in the UK and enables its members to provide total consumer and financial protection for their customers. The TTA exists in order to protect you, the customer, with 100% financial protection and has been doing so for over 15 years.

This means that every penny that you pay Absolute Escapes Ltd is protected by the TTA and paid into a Trust Account until your holiday is complete. Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed Trustee who is either a banker, accountant or a solicitor.

In addition to being held in trust, you also have a financial guarantee from the TTA which guarantees the financial obligation of its members up to a maximum of £11,000 per passenger. So if you paid £2000 for your holiday they guarantee they will reimburse the loss of the £2000, where it is not available to you from the Trust Account.

All members of the Travel Trust Association have to abide by the member Code of Conduct. This is to ensure that the customers receive the best possible service.
