Friday Evening

On arrival at Gleneagles you may wish to enjoy the extensive facilities at the Leisure Club where you can swim in one of the two pools, exercise in the gym, enjoy a sauna or indulge with a treatment in The Spa. In the evening you will enjoy the full Taste of Scotland with a delicious a la carte meal in The Strathearn Restaurant. Gleneagles has an international reputation for the excellence and variety of its dishes, which benefit from the finest, freshest produce available from Scotland's larder.

Saturday – Highland Adventure Safari and Clay Pigeon Shoot

This morning you will travel into the heart of Highland Perthshire with an award winning Land Rover Safari, a unique and exciting way to experience the freedom and exhilaration of this scenic and fascinating environment.

You will meet your Ghillies for coffee before being transported by 4x4 Land Rover into wild and beautiful Glen Lyon, with lochs and mountains surrounding you on all sides. In the morning you enjoy expert tuition at clay target shooting at one of Scotland’s leading shooting schools. Then Safari on to a hilltop marquee to enjoy a sumptuous 5 Star lunch at 1,600 feet with magnificent views across the Appin Valley, Glen Lyon and Schiehallion, The Fairy Mountain. You will enjoy some splendid boutique wines and refreshing chilled beers, all served by kilted Ghillies. Dining in this amazing location is something you will never forget.

Following lunch, and armed with binoculars and telescopes, head up into the mountains through the awe-inspiring natural wilderness sculptured by nature to heights of 3000 feet. The professional guides will entertain you with stories of the myths and legends of the area, assisting you to enjoy the magnificent scenery and spot wildlife such as the elusive Blue Hare, soaring Golden Eagle and majestic Red Deer.

Sunday Morning – Golf on the PGA Centenary Course

This morning we will arrange for you to play a round of golf on the PGA Centenary Course, a rare opportunity to play one of the world's most famous and finest golf courses and the venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup. This course, created by Jack Nicklaus, is a modern classic and was even described by the great man himself as "The finest parcel of land in the world I have ever been given to work with".

The Course is a challenge for any standard of golfer and boasts five different tees at each hole, building up to the ultimate 7,088 yard championship test, which makes it the longest inland course in Scotland.
