Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands, situated between England and France. A unique melting pot of English reserve and French savoir-faire, home to cosmopolitan harbours and timeless hidden coves, the island is known for its continental flair and diverse, natural beauty.

This stunning island was made for a walking holiday. Just a short distance from the French coast, walking in Jersey combines the best of both British and Gallic experience. The language is English, the road signs are in French, and the cuisine is a mouth-watering mix of local traditions.

The Jersey Coastal Path is a 48 mile circuit of the island’s beautiful coastline. This coastal walk offers an amazing variety of terrain. In the north the heather-covered cliffs provide spectacular views across the sea to the other Channel Islands, while the south of the island is home to golden, magical bays surrounding the capital St Helier.

From dramatic, winding cliff paths to serene, sandy beaches, Jersey has a rich and varied landscape to explore on foot. The sun rises in the east above the French coastline, visible just 18 miles across the Channel, and sets in the west, merging with the stark blue waters and white sands of St Ouen’s Bay.

Jersey is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy a laid-back walking holiday.
