    Job Description
     

    As part of our continued growth plans, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Website & Operations Assistant Intern.

    This position is for a 3 month period and would suit a recent graduate looking to gain experience with an industry-leading company in the tourism industry.

    The role will play an integral part in helping to deliver a new website for Absolute Escapes, and you will be involved in various aspects of this fast-moving process from optimising images and text to uploading content to the CMS.

    You will also be involved in the operational side of the business and will assist in exceeding our customers’ expectations and ensuring the future success of Absolute Escapes.

    This role would suit someone who is looking to develop a career in the marketing or tourism industries.

    Duties & Responsibilities
     

    - Providing general support for our website project, including optimising images / text and uploading content to the CMS.

    - Coordinating and collaborating on the project with the rest of the website team.

    - Offering general operational support for the business and ad hoc duties to assist in delivering exceptional holidays for our clients.

     
    Skills, Knowledge & Experience
     

    - Attention to detail is essential. We have gained our dependable reputation through our exceptional eye for detail.

    - Excellent computer skills. Ideally you will be familiar with Google Drive.

    - A real people person who enjoys working as part of a team.

    - Excellent organisation and an ability to think outside the box.

    - A high level of motivation and a strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative, in a small entrepreneurial business.

    - Ideally educated to degree level. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and strong numerical skills are essential.

     
    Hours
     

    - Monday to Friday

    - 09.00 – 17.00

    - 35 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch

     
    Start Date
     

    We are now accepting applications for this position which will commence immediately for a period of 3 months. The exact start date can be discussed at interview stage.

     
    Salary & Benefits
     

    - £ 16,250 pa

    - 20 days annual holiday pro-rata

    - 8 days public holidays
