Make a Payment

  • 1. Choose payment method

    • Pay by cheque
      To pay by bank transfer:
      1. Please arrange for the transfer to be made using your booking code (e.g. AE12345) as the payment reference. You will find our bank details and your booking code on your personalised proposal.
      2. Once the transfer has been made, please email your Travel Specialist quoting your booking code, your full address, and the full names of other people travelling with you (if applicable).

    • Please enter the amount to be debited from your card in the field above. Once you click Submit you will be taken to Sage Pay, our payment partner's website, where you can enter your card details securely.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Ways to pay

Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer. We also accept payment by debit / credit card and payment by cheque.

As members of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust (ABTOT), you can rest assured that your holiday and your money are safeguarded by the highest standards of consumer protection.

Bank transfer

If paying by bank transfer, you will need your booking code (e.g. AE12345) which you will find on your personalised proposal.

Please arrange for the transfer to be made using your booking code as the payment reference. You will find our bank details on your personalised proposal.

Once the transfer has been made, please email your Travel Specialist quoting your booking code, your full address, and the full names of other people travelling with you (if applicable).

Debit / credit card

Our secure online booking form (above) can be used to pay either your deposit or the balance of your booking by debit or credit card. You will need your booking code (e.g. AE12345) which you will find on your personalised proposal.

Please complete all sections of the form and ensure that the details provided match the address shown on your credit or debit card statement. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your payment. If you’d prefer to phone us with your card details you can do so on +44 (0) 131 610 1210.

Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Cheque

If paying by cheque, please download, print and post the Booking Form (.pdf format) to us along with your cheque.
