Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
When the office is closed, and occasionally during very busy periods, calls will be diverted to an answering machine, where you can leave a message, and we will call you back. Once you have booked a holiday with us, you will be provided with an emergency 24/7 contact number so that you can reach us if needed while you are away on your holiday.
