As part of your holiday package, you will receive a digital Information Pack containing the following information.

• Details about your accommodation
• Your daily itinerary and route 
• Restaurant and sightseeing recommendations 
• Essential tips for those visiting the UK and Ireland

Walking Holidays

Your walking holiday package also comes with a map and guidebook. Where available, we will send you an eBook and map bundle from our partners at Cicerone Press. Their eBooks and maps can be downloaded on up to five devices. It also includes a GPX file, which will allow you to follow the trail on your smartphone, even without internet access. Offering eBooks and maps where possible is just one of the ways that we are committing to responsible tourism.

If you would prefer a printed guidebook and map, you can order one from Cicerone at a discounted price. We will provide a discount code in your Information Pack.

If a Cicerone eBook or map is not available for your trail, we will post you a physical copy.

Self-Drive Holidays

Your tailor-made holiday package comes with a digital map of your driving route, which you can access online. Depending on your itinerary, your pack might also include electronic tickets for car hire, ferries and attractions.

Train Holidays

If you require rail passes for your holiday, these will be posted to you.

How Will I Receive My Information Pack?

The majority of our Information Packs are fully digital and will be emailed to you a few weeks before your departure date. If there are any physical items required for your holiday (such as guidebooks, rail passes or luggage tags), then we will post these to the following locations:

UK-based clients: Home address
International clients: First night’s accommodation on your itinerary
